Drink whilst training
Remember to drink plenty while you are training - otherwise you will get dehydrated - making you dizzy and sick and lowering your performance and stamina. Water or squash or sports drinks are all fine - also see the nutrition link.

If your wee is yellow you are dehydrated already!! Back to top
