Club Charter/Code of Conduct
As a member of Gala Swimming Club you can expect:
-to be coached in all strokes to improve technique, speed, endurance and general fitness by a trained coach
-to be offered training at other times other than club night when a certain standard has been achieved
-to have all times achieved recorded
-to take part in club championships and other events within the club
-to be entered for competitions both locally and further afield
As coaches we expect you:
-to come to training on time
-to come suitably equipped - with costume, goggles, drinks bottle and preferably with your own pull-bouy, kick-board and flippers
-to listen carefully to coaches instructions, be respectful at all times and never to interfere with the training of other swimmers
-to notify coach if you are unable to attend a training session
-to check notice board or website regularly
